Minor version upgrade complete

I took a quick 15 minutes to perform a version upgrade tonight.

We were using v7.00.05 and now it's up-to-date with v7.00.07.

You'll notice the Theme Switcher was lost temporarily, I'll get it back up soon, for now I've enabled Theme switching in the User CP pages.

Please report any bugs or issues.
