I found this posted on my facebook feed this week
Week 1: Caused millions of Americans to worry about their health insurance, threatened martial law in Chicago, diminished women’s health care worldwide, called CNN ‘fake news’, removed Obama environmental protections, advanced his wasteful vanity project, compared himself to Abraham Lincoln, threatened to defund law-abiding sanctuary cities, discriminated against refugees based on religion, promised to waste resources on non-existent voter fraud investigation, removed Spanish from White House website….

Let’s add to that
President Trump signed on Friday an executive order that severely restricts immigration from seven Muslim countries, suspends all refugee admission for 120 days, and bars all Syrian refugees indefinitely.
None of the countries on the list are where any recent terrorists have come from.
Add to that….
According to the Washington Post and Bloomberg, Trump’s ban did not include any of the Muslim-majority countries where the Trump Organization — which is now being run by his sons — holds business interests. Those countries reportedly include Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, the U.A.E. and Azerbaijan.
Big god damn surprise there….
How much longer will this be allowed to go on?
What will Trump do that finally crosses the line and forces people to see the mistake we have made by allowing a guy whos IQ would rise if we replaced his brain with a box of rocks become our president?
Trump seems to have a serious problem remembering he didn’t win the popular vote. A competent person would understand this and consider it when acting as POTUS.
Of course competence is something we have yet to see from Trump.
And I’m not holding my breath in hopes that we will.
Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame,
With conquering limbs astride from land to land;
Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand
A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame
Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name
Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand
Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command
The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.
“Keep, ancient lands, your storied pomp!” cries she
With silent lips. “Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”
