Supernatural
Sinny
Well I could just kick myself for not listening more to Photon. He recommended Supernatural back in 2006 or 2007. I found it and taped one show. Ok then they went and changed the night and I figured it's a guy show.

Now I catch it again at the end of season 4 and am now hooked on it. I lke the acting, the writing is absolutely genius in that it's funny and the character Dean is so quirky, different I just can't help but like the character. His Brother did a cry scene as good as the Dean character did and got me hooked into it. Yeah typical girl see cute sexy men cry I turn to smoosh and go awwww. Although Sam played by Jared does need to improve his angry look a bit but that's why we need more of supernatural so he can keep practicing and grow up more in the show. I'm surprised I watch it considering it's a lot of make believe killing, some gore and now it's all apocalyptic but the humor is still there and of course the cute guys....did I mention the cute guys.

Ok tried it out Skeeve. Looks like I got it this time. Teenagers go batshit over them because of other shows they were on for teenagers. This one Kripke wrote seems to be different. It has something for all ages. Sometimes it's geared more towards kids [teens] not young children, other episodes are funny for all ages and some are serious, dramatic. Sexy, sad, dramatic and funny moments..

Kripke and a member of his crew said they use the bible to guide what it's about. That's ok by me considering the bible the bible stories belong on TV not in church where people actually take them seriously and believe they are real stories. Anyway here's the hottie hunks Smile

I think they both are in their own individual way. I don't think Jared is give much of a chance to show better acting because of the part he has to play, the little Brother, though he is good a playing that part, it's just the character isn't growing much.

Supernatural is a great show. I'm routinely amazed at how quality it is on every level. Even though I rarely appreciate where the arc plots go from season to season, everything else is so good I feel I'm able to just completely ignore that and enojy the show. I'm a little worried about it now that Kim Manners has died., though. He was one of the crowd responsible for the X-Files and I've long credited him with the overall show values and feel of Supernatural.

Sinny
I had no idea he was sick or that he even died. Maybe that's why this 5th season isn't as good as the 4th from what I have seen. They are still in shock/mourning. I went into YT and found many other scenes better than the last 2 in season 5. Kripke get's a lot of credit yet Manners hardly ever got any from what I've read so far. Maybe most people didn't realize just how much Manners did do.

Iv not seen this show, probably never will, but it always seems you find a great show you like and then one of the writers dies or the writers have a falling out and one of them leaves.

Happened with so many shows I like, RedDwarf and West Wing being two.

Sinny
How come you probably never will?

Because of the title of the show, reminds me of Lost and others were they just start bending the rules of reality. Ye its good when it follows, say one or two rules are added, but they get too wild, and not really different from other things. Also I have very little time left in the week after work.

You got a job TE that's GREAT!!!

good reason not to watch a TV show even if it is a good one. Yeah lost got a little too lost with their plots and too many twists. It got confusing for a lot people who watched it, except me of course, and if they missed a few episodes well then they were really lost....ha ha me make a pun

How in the world do you people find all the time to catch these TV shows, work, sleep, chew out the spouse and spend hours posting on the internet? How? How? How?
I'll drink to that. Or anything else for that matter.

Hypatia
Those guys are too 'pretty' for my tastes.

*shrug*

Maybe I'll check out the show sometime anyway, if I see it on - I've only seen it on once when I had the t.v. on, but I didn't watch it.

Well sweetie I haven't posted for quite a while and the TV show is only on 1 day a week. I have a dvr with my cable Company so I tape a lot and watch when I can. Besides I need my lust time so I make sure I get it.

*sigh* crap I'm getting old and fight it every step. I refuse to give up my fantasies ....

and I have no spouse Pfft

The show is getting a bit silly from what I see in the preview for next Thursday, um I mean this coming Thursday. Sometimes it's funny sometimes dramatic. I have been in the mood for something different and this seems to be it for now. I only just picked it up at the end of the 4th season which I think was in July or August then came all the re-runs. It's sometimes gory too but that's good when pissed off at shit.

Theory_Execution
derF, does 'chew out the spouse' mean something different to what it does over here in the UK?

Thanks Sinny, its going well, im in work on my lunch as I am writing this. Im about to transcribe an interesting article for you all.

Sinny
Oh yeah Patia forgot to tell you Burly guys are good too. Hey variety is always good for the spice of life as they say. Wink

Um TE what [giggle] does it mean in the UK?

BTW DerF it helps to find time when you let you home fall apart and just simply stop cleaning. If you saw my place now you'd put firecracker up my ass to get me to start putting stuff away. Of course playing hookie at work doesn't hurt Smile

Theory_Execution
Its too disgusting Sinny lol, its performing oral sex, but with the chew it would tend to be more eating of the anus.
