What?! Had dentures? What? I dunno. Never mind. After T-E's explanation I may not really want to hear anymore. christ. So then we can conclude that 'chew out the spouse' does NOT mean the same thing in the US as it does in the UK. At least not yet, or at least not to my knowledge. Damn. When I think of all the things I don't know. And all the things I really don't even need to know. Well now there then. |

Besides, I'm still (somehow) kind of curious too. ![]() |

There are a load of funny things I have been introduced to in these last few years, theoretically that is, not practically. Institutions of learning are not just reserved for the passing on of the greatest achievements of human folk, but also their nastiest (though funny to joke about) past-times. |

Take it away TE and DerF if you guys want to. |

Sinny: You are the person who had a friend whose boyfriend...so you are the only person who can elucidate. If modesty prevents you, I quite understand. Just seemed salacious, pornographic and entertaining. Aw, shucks. |

Catman, aren't you too old to be having these kinds of discussions? I mean doesn't the johnson just not react to visual or printed stimuli at a certain age? Kidding of course. |

Just seemed salacious, pornographic and entertaining. Aw, shucks. Like I said I probably should have put a smiley emoticon at the end of that sentence. I was joking around and besides everyone knows when we say a "friend" everyone assumes we mean ourselves. Which doesn't apply to me so it's not modesty. Hey when when have I ever been modest ![]() I'll say this much I had no idea that's what it meant to British people. |
