Sampling

Major Member Posts: 1116 Joined: 10/09/2008	So I am going home from getting something to eat and I stop at the bar. Someone plays a hip hop record on the juke box and I am not certain but I think I know that this hip hop sound contains a sample from a record I know. Well with a little time I remember. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ol0ZyaGG5H4 1968, it helps us old folks that probably our music will last if not forever a long time. The song is a bit obscure but damn it is good.

Posts: 3621 Joined: 08/03/2008	It doesn't do a lot for me, but it's okay. I remember it. If old music can only survive as samples in hip-hop, perhaps it is better to let it die with a little dignity.
