One of the reasons McCain lost is that he is obviously into his dotage. That especially struck me when he wandered around aimlessly on stage during the debates.

And I couldn't agree with you more, Catman. Nothing is 100% cut and dried. A much better system, if you ask me.
I'll drink to that. Or anything else for that matter.
